Went up to the Brian Waddington hut for Canada day long weekend just like last year and the trail is in great shape but we didn't get the weather window we were hoping for and a friend really hurt her ankle so we didn't get a chance to go further then the hut. The snow conditions are great and the melt is at least 2-3 weeks further ahead then last year. I would strongly recommend anyone to go visit this area just don't plan to sleep in the hut if you don't like crowds as it gets busy fast but there are lost of places to set up tents out side and it the basin above the lake.
Sorry but there were no pictures taken this year as the clouds never really lifted.
