Looking back i fondly remember, as a kid, going hiking with my Dad. Now as a Mom, i am hoping to work towards doing the same for my two boys. After taking a momentous backpacking journey up to Joffre Lakes ( 2 nights, 2 adults, a 7yo and an almost 1yo- who i packed in) i am inspired and driven to further explore, discover and tackle many of the amazing trails in Southwest BC.

While we wanted to check out Zoa Peak or the Flatiron, because its starting to feel more like fall and i'm not sure how well an Infant would handle the cold alpine nights, we've instead chosen to head up to Lindeman and Greendrop lakes, for our next family backpacking adventure.
