Very fond of this mountain in winter and summer. I would say it falls in the Top 10 for ease of access and payoff to effort.
I have written this one up numerous time... have a look at previous posts for full beta... and I will let the pictures speak for themselves.
Warning: This peak gets cross loaded in winter. you can have cornices on both East and West sides and the peak is not as flat as it appears in full snow... an entire group died here a few years back when the cornice broke off and they fell 600m+. Yes, I am being preachy here a little, but only because I find from speaking to people ALREADY on the peak that they are not aware of some of the risks... please learn some snow science, take an AST course, perhaps join one of the mountain clubs for mentorship... take these risks seriously and you will have a lifetime of adventures.
