New snow up on the mountain, Christmas break, overflow of people= faraway parking!
Good thing we didn't have to wait in those ski lift line ups! Up to the hills we go! Avalanche warning was moderate, visibility was low, to foggy to see anything, but the trail seemed barely touched this morning as the snow accumulated. Easy-moderate trail. Headed to Cabin Lake ( many people like to go swimming here in the summer), then to Yew View trail. Lots of friendly snowbirds up here :) We continued onto Georgia Straight lookout for what would be great views of Vancouver! Skied back down with great snow so better go and enjoy the fresh snow before the expected freezing temps come!
