We did an out and back, not the loop. Maybe ~6.5 miles.
Used microspikes, as the ground is either frozen or packed snow. Didn't need snowshoes unless you plan to hike the loop. Beyond the ridge, there was no footprints.
A lot of people today on this trail.
The short access road was open. Even if it didn't, you could park on Hwy-14 and walk up.
