Forested single track trail with a low grade - a few little uphills but not too challenging. Lovely views and not too difficult. There are 3km and 5km loops marked out to take - does take you past the lake. So it can be buggy in the middle of summer. Also, watch for bears as they like this area. Dogs allowed but need to be on leash, also, take a poop bag.
Good for a brisk hour 45 min hike or a leisurely stroll if you fancy.
There are mountain bikers along the way so be aware and share.
