Originally I intended to hit Mt. Burwell, but once up there I found the scrambling to be beyond my comfort level for a solo trip. After fifteen Mood and date:

With such a beautiful day forecast, I figured I'd check out Paton's Lookout and see what the conditions were like out there. First, the good Mood and date:

Very long trail.... Mostly its climbing through forest. It becomes interesting at around 800m.

Had to share the paved trail with a mid size black bear on the way in, bear droppings about every 30 feet on the logging road that leads up to Mood and date:

After a marathon session on the green felt, I headed out on a bike and hike to Paton's Lookout from the entrance of the LSCR, with a leisurely Mood and date:
