We started this hike off from Millstream Rd taking the Incline Railway trail up to junction where Skyline, the TCT and BP meet. After spending Mood and date:

Snow free to Eagle Bluffs but still lots of snow up on Black Mountain Plateau. Swam in Cabin Lake, which was very refreshing. Mood and date:

Having done other sections of Baden Powell Trail, I found this one is the toughest but the most interesting. The trail offers lots of varieties Mood and date:
We followed the Black Mountain trailhead just across from the BC Ferries workyard in Horseshoe Bay, travelled the 1 km up to the new Baden-Powell Mood and date:
A good-enough leg-stretcher, and a decent rainy-day hike thanks to the tree cover. The surroundings vary from pleasant to dismal and back again Mood and date:

Easy hike down from Cypress bowl. The trail is well marked but not as good maintained as other sections of the BP. Looks like this part is not Date: Jun 20, 2009
We followed the trail as described in 103 hikes.

Finally I got to finish the second half of the Baden Powell trail. I did it from Grouse to Deep Cove.

Aside from a few snowy patches from the boulder field upwards, the trail is practically snow free. It is well-flagged but many junctions can Date: May 02, 2009 Baden-Powell Trail (Eagle Harbour to Cypress)
Trail was not only snow free, but the mud was surprisingly minimal.
